Zheng and Auntie’s Tiny Boats

The first #TinyCrewBigRaffle ran across October – November 2024, with the live draw of the winners taking place at the UK OFMD convention, The Republic of Pirates. The prizes were the final 7 Tiny Boat props from the collective props auction bid that Amy and Christina had organised earlier in the year. The auction house had originally listed the lot as 100 boats, which eagle eyed fans spotted were the ones used on the map in Zheng’s cabin by Zheng and Auntie, and (badly) tidied up by Olu. When the Tiny Boats arrived with Amy, it was good news and bad news – there were more than 100, but many were damaged. These 7 were the final unclaimed ones, which Amy and Christina carefully and lovingly repaired to put to do what this fandom does best – do good. Thus, the #TinyCrewBigRaffle was created to raffle off these final OFMD props to benefit charity. We were incredibly lucky to have the amazing Lindsey Cantrell, the OFMD Season 2 On Set Dresser come aboard to cheer us on. Not only did she confirm these were the Tiny Boats she made, appearing in 4 episodes of Season 2, but also provided signed Certificates of Authenticity for the winners.
