How do I enter?
1. Make a donation to any of the 3 recipient charities. Every value of £5 / US $5 / €5 equals one entry, e.g., you would receive 2 entries for a donation of £10 to a single charity OR 2 separate donations of £5 to 2 different charities (this applies to any of the listed currencies).
2. Complete the Raffle Entry form with your proof of donation – this must include: name (initials only will not be accepted), donation amount and currency, and time and date of donation. Any other unnecessary personal or financial information can be redacted. You must complete the entry form before the close of the raffle for your entry to be valid.
How much is one entry if my currency isn’t £ / US$ / € ?
If your currency is not USD, GBP, or EURO, the number of entries you receive will be based on the amount you donated, converted into the charity’s currency using the exchange rate at the time of your donation. Each entry will equal the donation amount in the charity’s currency. For example, a donation of $9 CAD to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is equivalent to £5 and will count as one entry.

How many times can I enter?
As many times as you like!
There is no limit to the number of times you can donate across the raffle period or complete the entry form with new / un-submitted donations.
When can I enter?
The raffle opens for entries on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 00:01 (GMT)
When does the raffle close?
Saturday 3rd May 2025 at 23:59 (GMT)
When will we know the winner?
The winner will be announced on the 10th or 11th of May 2025 (to be confirmed).
We will announce the winner and their name (as entered in the announcement section of the entry form) will be shared across our social media accounts and via our email updates when they are confirmed.
If I win, how will I receive the prize?
We will ship you the prize, at no cost to you, with tracking. The winner will be contacted directly by email for your preferred mailing address – if you do not reply within 14 days a replacement winner will be selected. The prize will not ship until July, and the tracking number will be sent when the prize has been mailed.

Can I donate to a different charity?
For a valid Raffle Entry, your donation must be made to one of the 3 selected recipient charities as listed on our #TinyCrewBigRaffle2 Charities page here.
Do I have to donate to all of the charities?
No. You can make your donation(s) in any way you want, be this to a single charity or multiple. The number of entries you receive is based on the total amount you donate.
What is a Bonus Entry?
You can be awarded Bonus Entries for the following:
- Adopting an Orphan from Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Orphan (you will receive 1 Bonus Entry per orphan adopted)
- Sharing on a publicly viewable social media account using #TinyCrewBigRaffle and tagging / linking our social media account on that platform after making your donation
- Please indicate in the Entry Form where you intend to share – Bluesky, Instagram, Tumblr or Facebook – so we can track your Bonus Entry
- You can share and tag as many times as you like, but you will only receive 1 bonus entry total from sharing
- Milestone Donations – 5 entries will be awarded to each person who pushes us over each thousand dollar marker in donations.
What are Milestones and the Prizes Involved?
Milestones are every $1000 in donations that we cross over. We celebrate these milestones by awarding the donor whose donation rolled us over each $1000 donated with the following prizes:
- 5 entries
- A personalised autograph from any of the Guests at The New Uni-Con
- A selection of small handmade OFMD themed gifts
For every $1,000 donated before April 5th Amy is offering the following extra special prizes:
- A free ticket to David Jenkins’ panel at Siren Event’s online convention
- The opportunity to record a question for David Jenkins

Can I still donate if I don’t want to win the Prize?
Yes! We want to have an accurate total of how much money we have raised for each charity as part of the fundraising effort when the raffle closes, so please still complete the entry form and at the end of Section 1 select the No Entry option.
When will you announce how much was raised?
As soon as possible after the close of the raffle, date and time to be confirmed via our social media accounts.
How have the charities been selected?
We are continuing our commitment to supporting charities that are meaningful to the cast and crew of Our Flag Means Death. With only one prize available, we are reducing our charity list to 3.
During the first edition of the #TinyCrewBigRaffle we were in touch with Megan Vertelle, the Set Decorator for Season 2, who nominated Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (SWT) as a recipient charity. Due to the success of the first edition, Megan kindly offered the Prop Baby Monkey as a prize for a second edition of the #TinyCrewBigRaffle to raise further funds for SWT.
As we are proceeding with one return charity, we took the decision as a team to select from the additional two recipient charities for this edition from our previous list. To build on the donations already made and further the positive impact made by the #TinyCrewBigRaffle and #OFMD fandom, we have selected:
- Mermaids, on behalf of Con O’Neill (Izzy Hands), which he has supported on multiple platforms and chose specifically for the first Tiny Crew Big Raffle
- World Central Kitchen, on behalf of David Jenkins (Pirate Daddy), which he has supported on IG, and is currently providing relief in the CA / LA wildfires, home to many of the cast and crew of Season 1.
Why only 3 and 7 again or a charity for each of the main cast?
Honestly, we’d have loved to. The Our Flag Means Death cast and crew have supported so many great charities, but, we want to raise a meaningful amount for the ones chosen for this raffle. 7 charities were selected for the first edition of the #TinyCrewBigRaffle as we had 7 prizes and this seemed a fitting number. This time, we have one prize and so have reduced the charity list to 3 to maintain a choice for entrants across a range of causes and locations.
How do I know this isn’t a scam?
We will never ask for any money for Raffle Entries to be sent to us!
All donations are to be made directly to the selected charities using their donation platforms / websites. Rules / Terms & Conditions of Entry
Donations must be made to the charities officially selected for the Tiny Crew Big Raffle 2 as detailed below and in our Charity Pack:
- The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
- Mermaids (UK)
- World Central Kitchen
- Proof of donation showing the following information must be included with the Entry Form to be a valid Entry:
- Name of donor (initials only will not be accepted)
- Date of donation
- Amount (including currency) of donation
- Charity donated to
- Email address (preferred where possible, but not required)
- There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
- Each value of £5 / US $5 / €5 of donation will equal one Raffle Entry, e.g:
- A donation of US$20 to a single charity = 4 total Raffle Entries OR
- A donation of £5 to Charity A and a second donation of £10 to Charity B = 3 total Raffle Entries
- Donations made in any currency not listed must equal the amount of one entry in the currency used by the charity selected.
- You are only eligible to receive a Gift Entry if you have not submitted your own donation.
- No resale of the Prize for profit.
The Tiny Crew Big Raffle Team reserves the right to confirm the amount of any donation made with the recipient charity before assigning Raffle Entries.
Disqualification Criteria
- Anyone found to be digitally manipulating donation receipts or proof of donation (excluding the removal of identifiable financial information) will result in complete disqualification from the Raffle and all Entries will be invalid.
- Multiple submissions of the same donation(s) will result in all entries related to that donation being disqualified. New donation entries will be accepted, provided the entry criteria is met.
